  5. Eat fresh whole foods whenever possible.
  6. Drink fresh fruit and vegetable shake/smoothie with water.

  3. Gentle stretching is safe.
  4. Cultivate deep and relaxed diaphragmatic breathing.
  5. Relax before sleeping to cultivate restful sleep.
